TRADITIONAL DISHES

La Bolp is the first food and wine stop which you come across when you get off the Pozza- Buffaure cable car. It is a characteristic family run bar and restaurant at 2040 meters, in the center of Salvan’s kingdom, where Signora Arianna will make you feel at home. Many typical dishes are offered, but the most appreciated are the La Bolp trio with speck dumplings, pork stew and Cuore di Fassa cheese; the Giagres dish with polenta, pork sausage and sautèed mixed mushrooms or the highly requested “Eggs, speck and roast potatoes” to be enjoyed both inside and on the terrace.

Open every day, both in winter and in summer, when the cableway is in operation.
